A driver received non-life threating burns after his car started on fire when he crashed into a tree at a Madison park. This happened around 3 a.m. Wednesday at Marshall Park, which is off Lake Mendota in the Allen Boulevard area near Middleton. Technically, the park is in the city of Madison. Two other men were also at the park, and pulled the guy out of the burning car. Police aren't sure what prompted the crash. The driver was taken to UW Hospital.
