A Mt. Horeb man involved in a November crash remains hospitalized.

Mike T. Fetherston, 28, of Mt. Horeb, was involved in an accident on November 25th in the town of Montrose.

According to a release, at 1:35 a.m., a passing motorist alerted the 911 Center to a Honda Accord that had rolled over in the west ditch line of STH 69, just north of Paoli Road in the town of Montrose.

It was reported that the vehicle was unoccupied, but when Dane County Sheriff’s deputies and Belleville Fire and EMS personnel arrived at the scene, they began a search of the area.

A firefighter discovered that Fetherston had been ejected and was in the ditch across the road from his vehicle, police said. He was unresponsive, and was transported by Med Flight to UW Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Fetherston will be cited for a third offense of operating while intoxicated and unreasonable and imprudent speed, according to a release.
