Nikki Sixx is using the current break in Motley Crue's "Final Tour" to address his health. The rocker writes on Facebook that he underwent surgery Wednesday for "a pretty intense double hernia," that went really really well." But he admits he now feels like he "got kicked in the stomach by a horse."
The rocker says his doctor gave him medication for the pain, but he's "trying to not take them." He adds that he's been getting great care from his kids and wife Courtney Bingham-Sixx, who "looks pretty hot in her nurse outfit."
Nikki expects be "up and kicking" in a few weeks, and ready to rock when Motley Crue resumes their tour next month. The group will relaunch their trek with a show in Oklahoma City on October 10th.
The band is scheduled to take the stage at this month's iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
