The United States Postal Service announced a new fleet of vehicles yesterday. They're futuristic for sure and to me they kind of look like a duck! What do you think? Also cool to note that the USPS choose Oshkosh defense to build between 50,000 and 165,000 of these new vehicles with a $482 million dollar contract! The new design is aimed at increasing fuel efficiency and to provide more comfort and safety to USPS staff. The current fleet of vehicles is over 30 years old and many aren't equipped with heating, AC, or radios and are becoming more of a burden in up keep then these new vehicles are to produce.
