All three of the Packers' active quarterbacks in the game threw for over 100 yards as Green Bay topped Tennessee 31-17 at Lambeau Field on Thursday night. Former UW-Whitewater receiver Jake Kumerow caught a touchdown, while former Badgers linebacker Vince Biegel recovered a fumble.
In the battle for the backup job to Aaron Rodgers, all three of the quarterbacks that played for Green Bay showed flashes of what they can do. DeShone Kizer, Brett Hundley, and Tim Boyle all topped 100 yards, while Hundley threw a touchdown and Boyle threw two touchdowns.
Through the air, Green Bay's three drafted receivers combined for 12 catches for 189 yards and a touchdown, with a 5-101-1 line thrown out by Marquez Valdes-Scantling (who also returned three punts for 62 yards).
Defensively, Green Bay played mostly younger players, with Oren Burks, the projected starter at linebacker with Jake Ryan done for the year, leading in tackles. Former Badgers defensive lineman Conor Sheehy had two tackles in the game.
