Matt LaFleur doesn't expect Aaron Rodgers to depart anytime soon

Green Bay's biggest storyline as far as the Packers go this summer has centered around the quarterback position.

That's because the Packers, in this year's NFL Draft, traded up to grab Jordan Love out of Utah State in the first round, hitting the start button on the clock of Aaron Rodgers' eventual departure from the franchise.

Packers coach Matt LaFleur told reporters during Sunday's media availability that he expects Rodgers to be the quarterback for a very long time.

In regards to the offseason, LaFleur is working towards the fall with the idea of something approaching normalcy, with the coronavirus pandemic scrapping the preseason and likely setting the table for empty or reduced-capacity crowds at games this fall.
