Bucks outlast Magic despite late scare

The Milwaukee Bucks frantic last week of the regular season already had one thud Monday night in San Antonio. The last thing they wanted was a repeat performance against Orlando on Tuesday.

In the end, Milwaukee prevailed, 114-102, improving their record to 44-25 with just three games left to play. The Bucks are still chasing the Nets for the No. 2 seed in the East. Brooklyn leads Milwaukee by one game in the conference standings.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee with 27 points on an evening where all five starters scored in double digits.

"I thought the guys were locked in," Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer told reports after the game. “To win a game in a back-to-back this time of year is not easy."

Milwaukee next plays in Indiana on Thursday night.
