Today's Social Dilemma, the percentage of Americans testing positive for drugs hit a two decade high driven by an increase in positive Marijuana tests. One of the reasons for the increase is, 18 states have now legalized pot. An Illinois lawmaker wants to pass a law that protects people who who use legal products in their free time.
