Today's Social Dilemma, A study released by the National Safety Council and The Emergency Responder safety Institute, says 71% of American drivers take photos or videos when they see an emergency vehicle on the side of the road, responding to a fire or crash, 66% post to social media or send an email-all while driving. Is this really possible that so many people are this crude and reckless? Should their be an added charge for doing this at an accident scene?
