Today's Social Dilemma, Madison West High School will start a pilot program that will allow the school to distribute free condoms to students who request them. Considering the age of consent is 18 in Wisconsin and teenagers 17 and older can be charged with a crime for having sex with a minor, isn't the the school giving teens the green light to break the law?
