Today's Social Dilemma, NYPD officers were bombarded with buckets of water while by a mob of people while trying to respond to a call the other day, one officer received a bruise when hit in the head with a bucket. In the video recording, you can hear people cheering and laughing and no one came to the cops defense. Considering what happened , is this a prank as some say or is this an assault on a police officers?
