The rushing attack from the Badgers was the story along with the defense! The badgers combined for 212 total rushing yards against a stout Rutgers front 7. Braelon Allen rushed for 101 yards with a touchdown and Jackson Aker showed he's a capable back to replace the injured Chez Mellusi. Ricardo Hallman's 95 yard interception return for a touchdown was one of the many highlights for the Badger defense as they held the Rutgers offense to just 1 first down in their 1st 5 possessions of the game! And we look ahead to the battle for the Heartland Trophy Saturday at the Camp when the Badgers play host to the Iowa Hawkeyes.
