Today's Social Dilemma, looks like Madison is about to build another pedestrian bridge. This time the bridge would cross highway 30 just west of Thompson drive. I have never actually seen anyone use of these 3 million dollor white elephants. I drove past 8 of these bridges yesterday, the weather was beautiful,.
