Paul Chryst's weekly radio interview with 1310 WIBA in Madison focused on last Friday's win over Illinois and this Saturday's match-up with Nebraska, but couldn't address reports that Graham Mertz has tested positive for coronavirus.
In the interview, Chryst says that he can't comment on individual players and the results of their testing with coronavirus, and therefore wouldn't provide any information on the situation.
If Mertz is a confirmed positive test, Big Ten protocols would take him out of action for 21 days, which would include three games for Wisconsin: Nebraska, Purdue, and Michigan.
Chryst meets with the media later Monday morning.
